    PURCHASED 2 OF THESE TV'S AND HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH SOUND ON BOTH. WHEN WATCHING PREMIUM MOVIE CHANNELS (HBO, CINEMAX, ETC) I COULD NOT GET THE VOLUME TO ADJUST MORE THAN HALF WAY. ALSO WAS THE SAME WHEN WATCHING A BLUE-RAY. HOOKED UP A SOUND BAR, BUT DID NOT HELP. PURCHASED A DIFFERENT BRAND TV, AND EVERYTHING WORK FINE. IT'S THE TV'S.
