Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this TV black Friday, did not plug it up until the week prior to Christmas. All of a sudden two weeks of ago when you turn the TV on there is no Volume then it mysteriously comes in about 2 minutes later. In the middle of a program volume will go out, then come back on a few minutes later. Watching a movie on Netflix now stops and starts. Meaning it stops then I have to push play all over again. This started happening after several weeks of ownership. The entire TV is trash better to pay more for quality than cheap and issues. My last tv was Panasonic had it since 2009, no issues as all I just wanted a lighter TV and a smart 4k image tv. Now I have to call, take it off the wall and probably walk it back into Best Buy this is all an inconvenience. I don't even want them to fix it is that all these reviews are similar or issues. This is a faulty product.
