    TV Stopped Working

    First my Wifi board went out, so my Roku cannot connect to Wifi. Less than week later, my television will not turn on. I bought my television July 2016 and barely lasted 4 years.

    Was good at first

    The TV was great for maybe the 1st year or two now it just keeps shutting off while I'm watching my shows, it freezes, then shuts off for no reason. I'll never buy another Insigna TV again.

    HDMI connection drops

    I don't know if this is a thing with TVs nowadays, but Insignia TVs constantly lose their HDMI and even the antenna connection. The only way to fix is to unplug it and re plug. I don't care what anyone says, but it suscks and I'm giving away my TV and buying another brand. NO MORE INSIGNIA!!!!

    In a word.... JUNK !

    Lasted less than three years. I bought a total of three TVs and all of them had issues within the first three years. One stopped working all together and I was a few weeks past warranty. In a word... JUNK !

    If you are wanting a TV that will last longer than a couple years, this is not the TV for you. If you are needing a TV that won’t get watched too often then this one is great for the price. The picture is also not too great.

    Everything seems to be blurry and pixeley. Especially older DVDs... I'm really not impressed at all but I guess you get what you pay for. It's always out of focus and gives me a headache. Thinking of taking it back but can't afford a higher end tv. Not trying to go back to my 32 inch but the picture is so much better on it...

    Disappointed

    I just bought this tv yesterday. I do not want a smart tv so this is the size I wanted and it seemed to be the way to go. The remote does not work. I only do streamlining with my amazon fire stick. it pulls it up then quickly goes away. I can't use the remote to press on the down arrow to pull the menu up. I called and the company is sending me a new one in 5 days. But she also said it could be a defected tv. So I have to wait 5 days to find out if this tv really works and by that time all the replacements will probalbly to sold out. Frustrating to say the least.

    Geek Squad Certified means nothing

    Ordered "excellent condition, Geek Squad certified." Received a unit without the four screws to install the TV stand and no user manual. I'm not so stupid that I can't figure out how to use a TV, but since I wasn't planning to wall mount the unit I can't use it. Customer service is non-existent. You'd think that the Geeks would check the packing list before selling. I would leave zero stars if I could. Haven't turned it on yet to check the picture, since I don't want to watch a TV lying in the middle of the floor.

    Stupid design

    Whoever designed the stands for this unit was hopefully fired. I needed an extra tv for a spare bedroom and bought this because of the price since it would be barely used. In this same room I had a 65" inch Sony on the stand with no problem, but this 43"tv falls over because of how the stands legs need to bow outward using the entire length of the tv.

    BROKE AFTER 2 YRS

    After a couple of years, it just stopped responding to the remote. We have another model in another room and tried that remote and still wasn't responding. Didn't fall, moderate use. Never heard of even old TVs doing that, its just garbage now. Even before this, picture and sound subpar. Spend the extra money for a TCL.

    Got sent defective tv TWICE

    This is the first review I’ve ever written in my life because I’m so frustrated. I ordered the 43 inch tv for my bedroom and as soon as I turned it on, it turned off 5 seconds later. I plugged it out and back in and still didn’t work. Called and said I got a defective tv so they shipped me a new one the next day and it STILL WOULDN’T TURN ON. it had the same exact issue as the first one, like two in a row is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time on this one, you deserve better and I deserved better.

    Terrible brand

    I bought this tv for my mother on black Friday in 2018. So, it's not even a year old. Picture is already gone. We can hear the sound but there is no picture. It was going to cost more to fix the tv than I paid for it. I guess it is true that you get what you pay for. I will never buy this brand again!
