I purchase a smaller 32" for my daughter.She did her setup yesterday...She and her husband love it for their bedroom.. Will give a rating,once I get my 43" all setup...I'm sure I will love it..

I liked it so much, I bought another one for another room. The only drawback i found was that the power cord was a bit short in one of the rooms and I had to use an extension cord to plug it in.

She has had no complaints. I know it's not the fanciest of TVs but mom is older and low tech, so this is perfect for her.

The Best Buy employees were also very helpful and brought the tv to my car for me. They were friendly and very fast and efficient. Would definitely come back.

Compared to like priced brands Audio is very clear and crisp. There is minimum strain on eyes and ears . Next purchase plan to get a 65 inch to 70 inch one .

Had problems with the TV Best Buy came out, assessed the problem, said TV needed replacing ordered replacement TV, came back to install. Great customer service.
