    Brought it home and went to hang it when I heard what sounded like a screw in the housing. Returned it for a replacement and no problem. Return at store was painless as well.

    Great basic TV for the price. I liked it so much, I bought another one for another room. The only drawback i found was that the power cord was a bit short in one of the rooms and I had to use an extension cord to plug it in.

    Best value for my money After reading a review about Smart Tv's, where the autor talks about how vulnerable thay are. the limited OS upgradings. And finally, the usage for this TV is limited to Watch air TV and Streaming from Google Chrome Cast

    This was a gift for mom and she's had it for a while. She has had no complaints. I know it's not the fanciest of TVs but mom is older and low tech, so this is perfect for her.

    Perfect fit for my sisters room - her Christmas gift. The Best Buy employees were also very helpful and brought the tv to my car for me. They were friendly and very fast and efficient. Would definitely come back.

    I bought this for my friend for my birthday since she was only using a computer monitor as a television. She loves it! It’s much bigger than what she was using before and a nice price.

    I like insignia T,Vs I have one, and it works very well I was picking up a buying from Amazon but when I got to Best Buy the price and range of products and the knowledge of the saleswomen I chose to buy from Best Buy directly.

    Great price! Bought the protection plan and had the warranty. Had problems with the TV Best Buy came out, assessed the problem, said TV needed replacing ordered replacement TV, came back to install. Great customer service.

    Screen Clarity is excellent. Compared to like priced brands Audio is very clear and crisp. There is minimum strain on eyes and ears . Next purchase plan to get a 65 inch to 70 inch one .
