    I am so disappointed with the Insignia N10 Series TV and with Best Buy for their lack of customer service. I have had this TV for just over 2 weeks, the color is horrible, and I can't return or even exchange it. What happened to the minimal 30 day return/exchange policy? What makes it even worse is that it's a Best Buy product and they won't stand behind it. Apparently their policy is basically, "oh well, sorry, too bad" for the customer. Additionally, I paid extra for the Geek Squad protection, but when I contacted Geek Squad for help all I got was "since it's still under warranty you should contact the manufacturer." Oh great, I can pay to have it shipped to the manufacturer plus pay for shipping insurance just to wait around for weeks to get the same thing back? Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

    43" Insignia 2023 model not as good as 2010 model

    In 2010 I bought an Insignia 43 inch 720 dpi TV from Best Buy ... Still works really great. I wanted to upgrade to 1080 dpi and HDMI ARC so I bought this new one (did not want a Smart TV so this seemed good). However, compared to my 2010 model ... - TV antenna reception is much weaker ... several channels won't come through with this newer model compared to my older model - 1080 dpi picture is not as sharp as my old 720 dpi model. - When I plug in my ROKU stick into the HDMI on this new model, the picture jiggles. So ... I returned this new model and will just keep using my older model.

    Unable to get the best picture and sound, as I could with the 32" that I had previously ordered. I have to keep the sound up to 75 when paired with my firestick, in order to hear it.

    I purchased a 43 inch insignia TV open box I picked it up at the Bronx Riverdale store in New York the box was sealed when I went to customer pickup. We gave it as a gift the next day at a 16 year old's birthday party when she opens up the television the screen was cracked in two places. I was told to contact customer support after an hour and a half on the phone with them they said that they were going to exchange it to bring it to the Bronx Riverdale store to get a new TV exchange. When I got there they told me I had no accidental protection plan that I left the store without taking the TV being it was an open boxed item they said I should have took the tape off the box and checked the TV before leaving the store. I trust it Best buy I shop with them quite frequently that is why I didn't check it they would not honor the exchange that they promised me over the phone at bestbuy.com I even showed them the chat screenshots that the supervisor said it could be exchanged and they still wouldn't do it it cost me $22 for a taxi each way to get the Best buy only to pay another $22 to bring it broken TV home they never did the right thing. I will never show up at Best buy again I should be ashamed of themselves

    Picture quality is not as good as the TV it replaced. I do not believe that I would purchase another one. Somewhat fuzzy.

    Bought it for my daughter for Christmas not realizing it wasn't a smart TV. I didn't realize they still made tvs that weren't smart tvs. Unfortunately it is past its return date.

    We were a little disappointed because salesman did not tell us it was not a smart Tv, we told him we wanted smart TV, it was taken back by person we gave TV, but overall we are satisfied with Best Buy!

    I am so anxious akd and upset i can't return this tv to get. Larger one only because its past the tike frame that best buy offers. Im tryikg to make thek mlre money and the cs rep just transfered me so many times i had nothing else to this matter but to l rave a review. The tv is great i just wanted to get. A bigger one

    Unfortunately I ended up returning the TV. My bad - I didn’t realize it wasn’t a smart TV. Probably was ok - especially at this price point but I couldn’t use it

    Very low volume! I have to go all the way up to volume 80 on this TV where as all the other TV's in ny house are only a 30. Very dissatisfied!

    its a 43" tv. you get what you pay for. picture and sound is that of a low cost tv. you want better, you'll need to spend more.
