Lasted just a couple months

Don't waste your money here

Volume must be turned up really high to hear and the picture is mediocre. I only paid $80 for it so I expected the quality to be low but I've only had it for two months and the screen already has some type of shadowing. It was just for my bedroom so I will make it work until it completely gives out. At this rate, won't last a year.

You get what you pay for!

Several issues, the speakers are shot after 2 months, but I was able to connect a Bose speaker; there is a white glow on the screen when the screen is very dark which does not seem to interfere with the shows, and there are poor HDMI connections which cause fuzziness on the screen. But after a couple of jiggles, the picture is clear. Honestly, for what I paid, I can overlook these issues. But this is definitely a throw-away TV after a couple of years, and I do not recommend it.

Worst TV EVER!!!!!!!!!

Picture quality is poor and very grainy. Sound is HORRIBLE. Speakers are on the back of TV and sound like they are coming out of a card board box. Volume raises and lowers erratically and becomes garbled often, no way to fix! I unfortunately threw away box and had TV shipped so no way to return. BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Murphy's Law... I guess

Go a different route.

It is not 4k it is "FHD" and if you aren't familiar with that abbreviation, you are not alone. For 20.00 more at a competitor, you can get a 55 in smart TV. This TV looks like a bargain on the website until you get it and realize they sold you a piece of 10 yr old tech at new tech price. They don't even include batteries for the remote. It's not even worth it to return because Best buy's return process is such a hassle and they have restocking fee.

Spend the extra cash and get a better brand

No hassle return thankfully HOWEVER, my replacement for exact same tv has not made it passed a month and is now waiting to be serviced by a geek squad tech because it cannot be exchanged being passed the “fifteen day” exhange policy! I would spend the extra money and get a reliable tv

Empty Box

You can't file a dispute and get the funds back instantly if you authorized the charge. Best Buy wants me to lie and say I never authorized the charge. Which is fraud if I do that. Next step is BBB

Dad purchase

When I called best bay support and explained, they told me that they couldn't do anything about it even though this is not specifically noted on their page. I lost 2500 dollars between purchase And shipping .
