    Never got the TV contact support and they denied my refund for not receiving the item spoke to multiple agents and no one assisted me other than tell me to contact my bank I did and my bank told me Best Buy wasn't willing to release the funds. You can't file a dispute and get the funds back instantly if you authorized the charge. Best Buy wants me to lie and say I never authorized the charge. Which is fraud if I do that. Next step is BBB

    The TV is great but the base is terrible I could never install it, it's too fragile for such a big TV.

    Spend the extra cash and get a better brand

    The FIRST tv I bought came out of the box damaged there was no insignia logo just big white smudge in middle of the screen. No hassle return thankfully HOWEVER, my replacement for exact same tv has not made it passed a month and is now waiting to be serviced by a geek squad tech because it cannot be exchanged being passed the “fifteen day” exhange policy! I would spend the extra money and get a reliable tv

    This TV model does not read audio or video formats through the USB port, I bought 17 units and exported them. When I called best bay support and explained, they told me that they couldn't do anything about it even though this is not specifically noted on their page. I lost 2500 dollars between purchase And shipping .

    Didn’t realize this wasn’t a smart TV. Sound isn’t great on this TV. Picture is decent. Gonna use it as a monitor instead

    Screws provided for stand not right size

    So disappointed in this TV. Wanted to use it on a TV stand. First the screws provide for the plastic stand didnt fit. They only screwed in maybe 2 turns. The instructions were not consistent with how the stand pieces are supposed to go. Also no tool provided to screw in.

    Falsely purchased under my account - this individual should not have placed this item under my Best Buy protection program. You’ve asked for reviews & I have called about this issue. Review is based on continued lack of privacy - not the TV which is someone else’s.

    the tv was just poor quality the picture its not a smart tv either which I knew but it didn't have a good results what I wanted to use it for. Strongly recommend paying more for a better quality tv.

    UPS again delivered to wrong address. Saw tv at a Best Buy store, looked good. Ordered. I’m mobile Impaired,no car so big items have to be delivered. And never delivered.
