Didn’t pay attention that it wasn’t a smart tv, but that’s not a problem because I had bought an extra Firestick. But so far so good, there is a slight white line on the outside of the screen not sure if I have do something with screen position to get rid of it or not . Either way I bought insurance.

Sorry I tried insignia a second time. The first one went bad just past the warranty (it was a larger tv then this one). So I purchased this one and again, just past the warranty, the remote control quit so I bought a new remote then soon after, the screen started going bad. Sorry Insignia, no more for me.

Great price, horrible connection. Research shows this is a common issue with Insignia Fire TVs. I've had my Insignia TV for a month and it just started having a problem staying connected to the internet via WiFi. I'll turn on the TV and it'll be connected, but 5 minutes later it'll disconnect. Another 10 minutes goes by and it'll reconnect. 5 more minutes and it disconnects, and it does this every day. The TV stays updated somehow. Nothing else I have has problems connecting to my router. I've tried everything from power cycling the TV/router (while holding down the power button) multiple times. Factory resetting the tv didn't work either.

I'm giving it 3 stars because where it wasn't broken, the picture looked good. It was probably a 5 star tv, but sadly was broken and I had to return it. I did get my refund as soon as I brought it to the UPS store.

We use this TV as a monitor in our gaming room. When we play TTRPGs I like to have images and sound to accompany the games. This TV sits atop the bookcase directly behind me, in full view of my players. It does its job perfectly.

So far so good. It’s great! I love it! The sound is weird though. Some things I watch on fire stick is really loud even when the volume is low& sometimes it’s still low if I turn it up high. But it’s good enough for me for now.

It's great for the price. The sound could be better. The sound is good but my old TV sounded better. Don't forget the TV does not have a center stand,It has feet on each side (in case you have a smaller TV stand)

TV looks good and runs well enough. Not the fastest response time, but plenty adequate. Colors look decent. Can't speak on the sound, as this was given to someone as a gift and we did not do much testing of the playback qualities.

Very light weight, and thin, easy to set up, picture seem ok, as well as sound, Unfortunately i thought this was 53 inchs, so at 43 it was just to small for the space were i wanted it

It's a good TV, but it's bare bones...I mean, basic. It is only suitable for offices, spare bedrooms, anywhere that "quality viewing" isn't going to be taking place, or the person viewing really isn't into high-tech viewing. I have a family member who is older and doesn't really get the Roku/internet-based types of viewing that are a bit more complicated, so this TV was better suited, but for someone looking for anything additional, this isn't it.

It's an OK TV, The volume is very low, the remote is a bit clunky and cheap feeling, but the picture is just fine for the bedroom tv.

Works great! Only thing is that the feet didn't fit my tv stand. They were too long. However, they don't stick out wider than the tv itself, so I guess that's a me problem.

TV is as good as previous versions, i just wish the speakers were as loud as the last one I had, but it doesnt really matter with an extra speaker- solid value, will buy again.

Purchased the tv for an awesome price!!!! The tv was Christmas gift for my grandson. He absolutely loves it.

I own 4 Insignia tv's no problems at all, Best Buy has great products and they stand behind them

Great value for its size and resolution. In the era of smart TV's it's a bit lacking limited only to basic inputs, but it's great for my Xfinity box and my PS4

This tv is just as good as the rest. I can't tell the difference and the price was worth it.
