Didn’t need a smart tv since I have Apple TV and my old TV died. This TV provides a good size at a very good price. It’s not a high end TV; it has some color issues and only a 60 refresh rate but it does the job! Easy to set up, good sound and plenty of HDMI ports. Couldn’t do better at this price!

This TV is a great value. The picture is good, it is very easy to operate, feature and functions are adequate, all for a low price. This is the second Insignia I have purchased. I bought this second one because the first one continues to work well.

I bought this for my office at work. I was basically going to use it for meetings or to run movies throughout the day or when I was working late to watch sports. So I didn't want to spend a lot. Pros: The picture is really good... sharp/bright. The sound is very good for internal speakers. Good range/deep base. Cons: The blacks could be a bit darker and the refresh rate isn't the fastest. If your looking for a set for an extra room or office and don't want to spend a lot - I can say this is a good option

We were looking for a bigger but cheap TV that we didn’t have to squint at anymore because our eyes are getting old. This fit the bill. Could use a sound bar for better sound.

As I have a gaming system and chromecast, I didn't want to buy a smart TV. This was the best deal they had for the size I wanted.

I bought a "39" Insignia TV 4 years ago thinking I will keep it for few years then it will die anyway, that TV is still working Great, I later found out that, Insignia TV (Best Buy Brand) are actually Made by LG which Best buy doesn't advertise about. I ended up buying this "49" TV for under $250. I couldn't be Happier with the purchase.

I purchased this TV so the kids could play video games and I could get the main household tv back! This is a great TV for gaming. My kids loved the large screen and the picture quality is great! We do not have it hooked up to cable so I can’t speak to how it works with TV service.

I was looking for something not too big and came upon this tv. The 42” class was $199 and the 49” class was only a dollar more so naturally went with the 49”. Great choice. Great sound, brightness, and clarity for the price. I only paid $200.99 last July.

We upgraded from a dinosaur Samsung to the Insignia and what I love most was the price! The deal of the day had this gem for only $199! While the picture isn’t as stunning as a 4K, it does look a million times better than our old tv. I’d definitely purchase this one again.

You can’t beat this tv for the price. We own 3 of these and they all work great. My kids use theirs for gaming and I must say their PlayStation games look amazing on this tv. Would recommend if you want a quality tv for a great price.

If you want a basic television with a good picture, good sound, and a good price, this particular model is perfect. I recommend it for those who don't need the advanced features that more expensive models provide.

These are some great TV's for the price. I have several of these from 32-49" and I have no complainants at this time. I enjoy the picture and I like that I can customize the channel/input names.
