Great tv for price

I’m not sure why others have given it poor reviews but it works just fine for me. When I first set it up, it automatically updated the software. So far I haven’t had any trouble with Netflix and hopefully it stays that way. This is not my first insignia tv and personally I like them a lot.

And, every Roku app works seamlessly except one: Netflix. And that's a pretty important app. The app opens, you can scroll through to find something to watch, but while your watching your show the app crashes and kicks you back to the Roku home screen. Online searching into the issue via forums, Roku support, and other sources all point to a Roku/Netflix issue. I followed all the suggested fixes: uninstalled/reinstalled netflix, changed Netflix settings, performed a factory reset...nothing worked. I have had many stand-alone Roku devices, and all worked well. I'm generally a Roku fan. Apparently this is strictly a Roku TV operating system issue. Only way out seems to be to hook up a separate device that has Netflix - like a Roku stick - but that defeats the purpose of having a smart TV. Not having a working Netflix app is a pretty big miss for a smart TV.

Please note that Roku issued a software update to ensure that this model will no longer exhibit this behavior when running Netflix. The improvement is automatic once the TV is connected to the Roku platform.

No EQ, Volume must be very high to hear conversations but then background noise BLASTS. I can't put the control down because I have to adjust the volume constantly. I would never buy this TV; it was as a warranty replacement for my Vizio. Frankly, I'm ready to trash it and just buy a new one. Dont waste your money!!
