This is a freezer. It does its job. Things are get cold and they stay frozen. Not sure what else I can say. It's a freezer... cold... brrr.

Bought this to store frozen breastmilk. Freezer starting to become icy inside not sure why. But it serves the purpose

Freezer as advertised. Works well. Purchased on sale at a good price. The only con (and reason for 4 rather than 5 stars) is that the freezer comes with only one small basket for organizing the freezer contents. An additional basket(s) would make this freezer even more useful. Would buy again.

Great freezer, does what its supposed to do, keep my stuff ice cold. Plenty of storage. No problems at all with it, plugged it in and go.

I needed a freezer that would fit in a corner in my kitchen and this was the perfect size and looks great too! I have had no problems with it.

This is perfect for the 1/4 cow we purchased. Nothing fancy. Best Buy however needs to get their act together as it literally took me an hour to get someone to check me out and pull the freezer from the warehouse. This is the 2nd purchase in a row that the checkout process has been very poor. For selling electronics you would think they would update their point of sale equipment. The retailers that I have seen fall behind like this never end up lasting.

great value for the money- large capacity for the value

Great price but after using for a few months, I am starting to notice a lot of frost build up just on the top left side. Not impressed with this. Also notice that the inside dents pretty easily.

Purchased one for our eldest son & his wife a few years ago . They had good luck with theirs so we purchased the same brand for our youngest son and his wife this year.

We needed a small freezer and this is perfect. I purchased it online and picked it up at the store. They had it loaded and I was ready to go within ten minutes. Great customer service!

It freezes. As for the constion it’s lacks. Also if the power goes out you have to unplug it for 5 minutes or it does not come back on when the power does. Would likely buy again for the price.

Stays at the perfect temperature and has ample space to fit all the big stuff that can’t fit into my fridge. Does exactly what I paid for no frills.

I love my new chest freezer it really holds a lot food it keeps everything perfectly frozen. I'm very pleased with this product i would definitely buy another one.

I purchased this freezer to allow me to meal prep for my family. It works well, but ices up on the sides inside if it's less than half full. I've been trying to keep stock rotated and refilling to keep it fuller than that, but occasionally it's lower and ice forms relatively quickly.
