Poor quality and customer service

I decided to try it out anyway, and sure enough it started to develop a ton of frost. The way the ice was building up it was on the side with the kink. I'm still within warranty, but when I contacted insignia about the defect, including sending a picture of the kink and a receipt, they said I needed to empty my food, load the freezer into a truck, and haul it back to best buy to validate the warranty and defect. All of that to get a replacement rubber seal that was defective and under warranty.
