I have to call out service as I am already seeing moisture and mold forming around the door so it must not be sealing correctly. Have also had to remove ice from it. Hopefully an easy fix. Glad I got the extended warranty on this!

I was able to buy this in the store and bring it home in the car. I missed the $99 sale, but the $140 price I paid is still a good deal. At the moment it is located freestanding in the front room. Since it is on the carpet, I can barely hear when it is on. We had some weather in the high 90's here, and when I got home from work in the evening I ran my hand all over the outside to see where it was warm. Seems like they use the front and rear panels to dissapate the heat. The area just below the right hinge was quite warm. I did not feel any heat coming out of the grate below it where the cord comes out, or out of the grate on the lower right side. The inside temperature was zero degrees, set at the midway position. I took another reviewers advice, and put in two plastic milk crates, one on top of the other. This also keeps the contents away from the walls, allowing more air to circulate. I mostly use the top crate, and it's easier to get to since it's up higher, and I just lift out the filled crate and close the lid when I want to rummage through the contents. The lid on my unit closes squarely and securely. I was fortunate that there was no shipping damage. One end has adjustable feet that screw in and out, but there are no wheels, so you have to pick it up or drag it. (Will Not be using it to store breast milk.)

Good size for the price. Best part is that the chest can withstand colder temperatures, so it can be kept in a garage.

Takes a moment to get the food cold but it is worth it

Great freezer, was easy to get setup and get connected. Also does not take up to much space and holds lots of food.

The inside aluminum folds very easily. I accidentally dropped The cleaner as I was cleaning before initially using it and it folded. I just thought that was a little cheap.
