The Best Buy closest to me had none on stock so I drove to another location where I got the opportunity to meet a wonderful representative as well as get what I came for, a nice and inexpensive freezer.

The packaging was in perfect condition and wasn’t removed during the pick up process since it had to be driven home safely a great distance. Once home and packaging was removed the freezer was found to be completely smashed inside the untouched packaging. This is the third purchase I have made with Bestbuy as a buy online and pick up in store that has been broken.
