I even removed the two frame screws thinking that may be required for first time usage. Nowhere in the instructions is difficult removal discussed. Something would break if I forced it open beyond the couple inches it opens now

This one only really lasted six months until food began thawing after placed in freezer frozen. Freezer cannot keep food frozen even when only opened once per day. Finally died after eight months. The food lost was worth more than the freezer. Very disappointed.

Fits basic needs
