POOR /CRAP Chest Box. Food worth $$$. STAY AWAY

Sometime it freezes 3/4 of the box, sometime only 1/2 of the box. Seriously, if you food costs more than this freezer, get a branded one like GE. Otherwise YOU WILL RUIN YOUR FOOD! Glad my credit card honor their warranty coverage and paid me back so I can get a GE brand! STAY AWAY!

I called Best buy and they said they can't do anything. I'm so disappointed in Best buy. All of my food went bad and has been thrown out. I'm now going to Costco.
