Nothing was obstructing the back and or front the power charge was ok. It just stopped freezing.

When we opened it the lid had a big dent in the top and the hinges were broke. Told Best Buy and they replaced the lid and the hinges with no problem and didn't have to bring the freezer back. It works good, keeps stuff frozen.

Great 5.0 CuFt freezer for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on the 99.00 sale. I had shot two deer this year and realized I did not have enough space. I was deciding on the 7 or the 5 CuFt. Glag I got the 5.0 as it easier to move around. It holds two deer with room to spare. Could probably get 3 or maybe 4 deer in it. I think I had 140 pounds of meat. At a little past 1/2 setting it keeps the meat at -5 degrees F. Its going to run quite a bit until you get the temp down, once there it does not run very often.
