I only bought this to freeze breast milk and it works well in my small apartment. Sometimes the lid gets stuck opening. This was the most affordable freezer brand new that was out there when I made my purchase. It does the job I need it to so I’m happy :-)

I have two of these freezers already, mainly used to store fish and game. Needed another one to send with my son to college. Fits the bill perfectly. Quiet, reliable, compact. Very happy with purchase. One improvement would be to have an indicator light to tell when the freezer is powered on.

Got a great deal on this feeezer and we are excited to finally have this new edition. Great size too.

This freezer works perfectly for what I needed, which what to organize my frozen foods, and it actually fits more stuff than I thought 5 cubic feet would. Setup was easy. I plugged it in and put an ice tray in it and it was ice within just a few hours.

If you are looking for a small footprint chest freezer, this is been a rock solid purchase for us. I had never purchased anything that was insignia branded before, however in the three months we have had it, we have had zero issues.

I bought this about a month ago because we like to buy in bulk but never have enough freezer space. This little chest freezer about doubled out frozen storage capacity! I fit everything I had in our side by side refrigerator freezer in this thing. So far so good!

Handy little chest freezer. I have a small house and the freezer part of my fridge is tiny also - hence why I cant purchase a bigger fridge to fit in a compact spot. This freezer fits perfectly in my basement and is used for the not so often used items. Have had no issues with it yet!

When I started looking for a deep freezer because my freezer wasn't big enough i was slightly overwhelmed. This 5.0 cu ft deep freeze not only gives me plenty of room but it finishes my room completely. The deep freeze is better than I could have thought (and bigger)!

It's exactly the size I ordered and it freezes well and the internal rack is handy. Would purchase again.

This is a Great little freezer. Just the right size for extra storage. Wish I had it before my refrigerator (2yr old top of the line Samsung) compressor went - This would have been a good temp solution. This is a solid box with a nice deep freeze.

Great for areas with small space. Cheap and compact easy to un-box and setup.

I purchased this about 2 months ago for extra freezer space. What I liked first was the size, it's fits perfect in the small space it was intended for. It freezes nicely and does not over freeze to freeze burn my food. Inside it comes with a small slideable basket great for small items.

This freezer is the perfect size for keeping a few items that you will not leave in I for a long period of time. It holds my baits, meats, and other items that I will use quickly. It is also great for places where you have minimal space and cannot put a full sized freezer.

We have a small freezer on our whirlpool refrigerator. After my wife got pregnant I didn’t know what I would do with all our breast milk. BOOM, problem solved! Love this deep freezer

I got this to supplement my fridge and it’s perfect for my small 900sq ft apartment. It holds a surprisingly large amount of food, for its size. For 2 people it’s perfect. It’s manual defrost FYI but I knew that going in so it’s not a big deal.

Nice little freezer. Gave as a gift. Filled with deer meat and it got the load of meat to freezing very quickly. Best buy returned a few dollars after we paid online. Price at store was actually a little less because of a sale. ended up paying $109 plus tax
