I needed a small chest freezer at a reasonable price. This one fit the bill exactly and with the $30.00 price drop for Labor Day, even better. This one is worth it at the regular $179.00 pricepoint.

Great for the value chest freezer, does end up fitting a bunch of things. Only thing I have found is that the frost starts quickly on the inside walls and lip inside, hoping that this is just a small amount of frost and it does not build up that quickly to the point of defrosting it.

Open the box and plug it in. Got cold enough to start freezing food in just over a hour. It's a happy medium to not have our kitchen freezer packed, but have storage for bulk meats or veggies ect. Pleased with this purchase!

Good choice for a small freezer. Very quiet. Works as advertised.

This 5.0 cu ft freezer is the perfect size. It comes with a metal removable rack to keep items close to the top. It has a seat on the right side to keep items in the middle. The left side is deep to the bottom.

This is my first deep freezer. I didn't need anything too big. This size was perfect. I read the reviews on other brands and how they didn't last after a few weeks. I read the reviews on this on and they were pretty positve and my feelongs about my freezer are positve. I would buy again. The price was affordable too.

with a family of 8 , this freezer gets used a lot , we needed the room for premade dishes and ice cream and lots of chicken and veggies , couldn't live without the room it gives us now

Once we plugged it in, it started getting cold right away. The rack inside helps a lot. Easy to get into and reach the bottom. I’m glad we can adjust the temperature on the outside. It’s a great deep freezer.

Good price and value, easy to set up and use. So far I would recommend it.

Great little freezer for a apartment or a single person gets really cold

We have a small freezer so this was the perfect addition to give us extra space especially since we live in a small apartment. We were able to put it in a closet out of the way but still accessible.

When I was waiting for my refrigerator to be fixed, this little freezer saved my food. I'm so glad that I bought it, on sale, because now I have a back-up freezer and also room to put extras for the holidays.

This freezer fits nicely in the kitchen. The freezer in our refrigerator was always overfull. This freezer handles the overflow nicely without being so large that things get lost in it. We think of it as our ice cream freezer.

This unit is not huge. It is also not a high-end, major brand name that costs 3x the price. That said, if one follows the directions and/or even errs on the side of caution, this freezer should meet your needs for years to come. With any refrigeration-based units (e.g. fridge, freezer, dehumidifier, etc.), it is very important to let it sit upright in its desired location for a period of time (24+ hours is ideal) prior to plugging it into an outlet and using it. This allows the refrigeration oil to settle properly. Even if you move it in three years ... let it sit for 24 hours before use. Some instructions will tell you this; some won't. Follow this advice, and you'll have a much increased likelihood of being happy with all of your refrigerated appliances for years to come.

This freezer has small baskets for small items. Could use an insert for shelves, otherwise items on the bottom get neglected because they are hard to get to without unloading the stuff on top. Quiet.

Great size for small areas, got 3 of them. The latest one will be inside our toy hauler to keep the food as freezers in a toy hauler are very small in size. Have not had any issues with any of them.

have had this for a little over 2 months. No issues. It does the job and gives me the extra room for my main everyday freezer use (keep the freezer in my garage). Highly recommended

Purchased as a Christmas gift. Wasn't my first choice but turned out to be a good purchase. My son rents and this was a good size to fit in his garage without taking up too much room.
