It's a average USB port. It has 1 3.0 port and 4 2.0 USB ports.it connects to the ps4 for and looks OK connected to it. It has a blue LED light on the right side however mine went out after a few days. It does what it's suppose to do

With my growing amount of accessories I found a need to have additional USB ports. I've been searching for a USB hub that's not a vertical stand for quite some time now and I've finally found something I like! PROS: -Can use my cooling fan, charge my remote, and use my PS gold wireless headset all at the same time and still have 2 USB ports to spare! *have not tried using all 5 USB ports at the same time but I'm sure if I wanted to connect the PS Eye also it'd be fine* -**THE MAIN REASON WHY I LIKE THIS USB HUB OVER SIMILAR ITEMS FOUND ON COMPETITOR SITES** While searching other makes/models I found the biggest complaint is that the console would not be able to go into rest mode with a USB hub. Going into rest mode IS NOT AN ISSUE with this product! CONS: *Subjective* -It's not the prettiest looking accessory but it's functional (a little bulky but to be expected. Different plastic texture makes the color a bit lighter black. Shape doesn't follow the contour of the console. The blue light shines pretty bright while in rest mode. -Covers the engraved PS4 logo if that matters to anyone. *Haven't tested the transfer speeds of the USB 3.0 vs 2.0 so I can't comment on it. It's only been 2 days since I've had the product but this definitely seems like a keeper especially at this price.

Once you plug an external hard drive into the 3.0 slot your wireless remotes lose all their range and disconnect. If you aren't using the 3.0 slot works just fine

I bought this thinking that it would charge multiple devices at a time as well as letting me use others, but it does not, the only port that charges things is the first port

Says for PS4 on the box but PlayStation changed the USB location so now it won't work!! Will return.

This doesn't fit the new PS4 as the USBs on the back are aligned differently.

Good for the usb slots but a little bulky on the ps4

It's functional for expansion, but the charging while in rest mode seems undependable. Seems only one slot works great, but if you have multiple peripherals (like a headset) then it doesn't seem to charge everything equally. Plus it kind of looks bad on a white console, or any of the color variants. Still, it mostly does what it say, so for that much, it gets 3 stars.

I tried to charge multiple controllers but it did not work. I have tried to get it out it's not easy. Overall not a good addition to ur PS.

For whatever reason this product did not work. I plugged it in the light turned on but did not read my usb or charge my remotes.

This works great since the Ps4 only has 2 usb ports. I use the blue 3.0 slot for 3.0 external hard drive witch sony allows you to play installed games from now, one port for psvr, one for keyboard, one for charging controller and have a free spot left for something else.

This is the best PS4 hub on the market by far. Yea, there are other hubs that also have 5 ports and do the same thing, but this has no wires and it looks more stylish on the console than those other box-looking hubs. A great deal at $9.99.

Now my PS4 have five USB ports, the PS4 Pro only have 3.

I bought this because I have multiple controllers plus a headset and keyboard/mouse. The best part about this product is that it locks in to place and isn't loose at all. It actually looks like it belongs there.

This product works as advertised. It adds 3 USB slots so that you can charge multiple controllers and have headphones charging at the same time. I have nothing negative to say about this product.

the item will add extra ports to the front of your PS4. It will come in handy when trying to plug up numerous usb devices

the only con is the mess of wires on the front, doesn't allow me to close the door of my entertainment center
