I bought this cable to connect my daughter's laptop to the FIOS internet router and it worked great. It was long enough to go from 1st. floor to the basement where the laptop is and so we snaked it around the ceiling and it worked just fine. I am happy that it is not too bulky and thick either.

it was good and easy to use, but the only difficult I had was getting the end to come out of the xbox, it was a little tough to get out.

Shopping for a well made product is sometimes difficult as there is a natural tendency to chase price versus (quality) product. That is not the case here. Best Buy has already cleared the field of low quality products protecting the consumer from making a poor purchase decision. We recently moved making it necessary to reconfigure our home network connections. After a short trip to our local Best Buy, we easily found the Ethernet cable (length & construction quality) necessary to route data to my newly established point of use. Installation was a breeze and we were back on line in no time flat. If you want to shop with confidence check out your local Best Buy store. They are staffed with knowledgeable, friendly people that will enhance rather than detract from your buying experience. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

This is a reasonably priced product that is high quality. This is my first Ethernet cable purchase. I have to hook up my modem directly to my computer when testing for grad school. Just like plugging in old landline cords. I purchased the 25 foot length. Very happy with the purchase and I’d buy again.

I spent 2 weeks in a country Airbnb. I had an office setup in their basement but the wifi was crap. They let me string 100' of CAT5 from the back of their router down to my space. Cheap alternative and it saved days of frustration.

Bought the cable to run from my router to my new Samsung SUHD TV to guarantee network connection at all times with the highest quality as wifi signals can be very fickle. Ran it with no issues and was surprised how flexible it was to be able to tuck under the carpet around corners without any major pinch.

Bought this cable to connect my TV directly to my internet router. It's fast, efficient, affordable and does the job! chose the shorter cable since distance between my TV to the router is about 4 feet. Needed to put allowance just to be sure! I would recommend this item!

Needed to move my work equipment to a different room in the house from the router and this worked perfectly and still had some extra length in case I need to rearrange some more in the future. Will buy again. No issues, definitely recommend.

I have been using my Best Buy 50 foot Cable for weeks now,... and am, pleased with it's quality. My switch and modem are for the moment in separate rooms, while I set up my home network. Eventually everything will end up in the hall closet, but for now that 50 footer let's me get on the NET.

I used this to hook up my tivo dirt cheap Talked with sales man Brent at tulsa 71/169 store and he is a cord cutter himself and has the same system ( tivo plus mini), so a trusted him and cut the cord, and boy am I glad I did, it has saved my family $117 a month and I feel we are getting more quality programming now than with cable. we got the lifetime service so all we pay is $99 a year to prime and I watch any thing i want for free. If it is a series that is not free it is normally 19.99 on average for 12-15 shows so that's about $1.25-1.57 per show so may monthly cost to watch tv is ($99 for prime per yr) $8.25 a month plus + 4 (series like ax men) $1.57 x 4 = $6.28 and they air weekly so that would be times 4 weeks = $25.12 so $8.25 (prime)+ $25.12(series)= 33.37 a month to watch more programming than I was paying for cable. I have had the system for a month and a half and I love it we watch 5 hrs of tv a day and I could not go back to cable after this. I have had "o" problems and just love the user friendliness of the system

Excellent build quality and love the boot tips to them. I needed this long cable to reach one of my devices and it is still working like a champ to this day. Very happy customer.

Bought a new router but the provided cable in its box was too short. I like to hardwire my printer to the network router. This cable at 6 feet long was just what I needed to get the job done. The only reason I put four stars is because the Insignia (Best Buy) brand is usually not as sturdy as big brand names. But the cable will pretty much be parked behind the printer along the back of my desk to the router and not be handled much so it should work out well.

Okay, the grey color is a little bland and Cat 5e isn't the fastest thing around. But like everyone knows, a 25 foot cable is twice as fast as a 50 foot one cause it has half as far to go.*** *** Not true at all, but thank you for reading my review.

I purchased it as a spare to use as an extension if and when needed... My intent was to replace a broken cable end but needed a fix to the cable that came out of the wall with the cable instead d to fix of the wall box. BTES had to change it out but this cable will be used

Got new computers so we decided to upgrade from a CAT5 to CAT6 and so far they work great! Cord seems really durable for normal use and the clips were very snug (no worries of it wiggling)

Cable was easy to connect and worked perfectly. Good length.
