I wanted a cord that was longer than the cat 5 patch cable that I was using to connect the computer to the modem. This 25 foot cable helped me put the modem in a better place, more towards the center of the wall. Yes I would recommend it to a friend.

One of the clips on our old connective cable broke off and we knew we could find a replacement cable at BestBuy. Although it was not an identical replacement (new one is a couple of feet longer), it works fine and does the trick! Thanks, BestBuy!

I was in the process of installing Arlo Pro and noticed the puppy was chewing on something that was crunchy. On investigation, realized it was the Ethernet cable to my Arlo pro. Could not hook it up without the cable. This cable works great and no problems detectable.

What do you say about a basic ethernet cable? It works perfectly for our needs. It is holding up well in an environment where it may suffer abuse. We've had no problems with it.

I needed a longer router cable when I moved the router to a new room and this cable was the perfect length for that. Full strength signal being sent with no dropout or slow down, etc. I am happy with the cable brand and type..............

Purchased for my wife. She was having WIFI issues of connect dropping logged into work. After ethernet cable no dropping issues. If working from home this is way to get it done; less expensive then getting new router.

I needed a really long Ethernet cable to connect a computer to the main Verizon Fios adapter across my living room. This cable did the trick. Looks pretty durable but I don't have it running through a high traffic area so I'm not worried about it getting stepped on.

It is a great product. I have notice an increase in speed for my electronic, That being a Lap-top computer. I wanted this length for a while, now I can move about everywhere in my home. WiFi can be unsafe at times, even if you have a secure network.

Needed to connect a polycom phone from one side of the room to another side, where power outlet couldn't be relocated. Was able to use this cable to connect the polycom power adapter to the polycom phone thanks to the length. Tried a CAT 6 and it didn't work.

Well, I'm not sure what to say about an Ethernet cable. It works. And, in this case, it's also really long which is what we needed for use on a tether for our robots on the practice field. So, if you need a long run of Cat-5e, this is a good solution.

Very reliable certified cables. I have to date, over many years have NOT experienced a failure with Insignia cables. They are dependable, rugged, and have a useful longlife.

I am not sure how helpful this will be. It is a standard Cat-5 cable. I plugged it in and it worked. I tested the speed and it rated the same as other cables I have in my home. It was less expensive than some of the others. If you want just a standard ethernet cable this is a great deal.

I needed to get my ethernet connection from a drop across my classroon to where I use my laptop to present. This 100 ft cord allowed me to run the cord along the baseboard, out of everyone's way, and it functions like the drop was 2 ft away. Perfect solution.

This cable is wayyyy longer than I presumed even though it says 50 feet, that goes a long long way indoors! Is slightly thinner than all the other network cable cords I have! And the little plastic clip has yet to break!

This was purchased to use as a temporary line from the modem to a PC pending relocation of the modem to facilitate faster internet speed (than WiFi). It is a well made, good quality, sturdy cable and served its purpose well.
