The modem is in the kitchen; workstation in the spare bedroom. Company I work for requires hard connection - no wifi. Spare bedroom doesn't have a cable jack! This cable saved a lot of headache and drilling through an exterior wall. No speed slow down.

I bought this ethernet cable for the purpose of hooking up the computer downstairs directly to the cable box, needed a pretty long cable so I went with the 100ft. I previously owned the same brand 25 ft. cable and they are long lasting, durable, and have had no issues with them.

When everyone is home this cable is great for plugging right into my router and keeping my xbox up to speed when playing a multiplayer game, Hulu, or Netflix. It is long enough I can put the Xbox in the next room as well when more people want to play! They make a cat6 cable but there is no point in paying more as the Xbox won't transmit data that fast, that is why I bought the 5e cable.

My wife told me to get an Ether-Net cable on my trip to Best Buy. This is the only Brand they had on the shelf, so I picked it up. She seems to be happy with it (I haven't heard any complaints). I've heard complaints about some Insignia products, but hopefully, this cable will continue to be satisfactory. I do not know much about cables like this, but at this point I guess I can recommend it. Time will tell...

This Ethernet cable was recommended to me for purchase. I called the Best Buy local store, but they did not have any information for me about this product. I spoke with a Customer Service Representative from the Best Buy headquarters in the Philippines and he was very nice, customer service oriented and professional. We stayed on the phone for about 2- 3 hours talking about this product and talking about how high it is to buy internet in the Philippines rather than the United States. This product is easy to use and it was easy to place into my laptop and place into the back of my modem. Once I placed my Ethernet cable into both places I was able to be hard wired to the internet rather than use WIFI. I recommend this Ethernet cable to anuyone for purchase because the price is inexpensive and it is easy to use. My Ethernet cable was shipped to me in a quick time.

This cord is well made. Best buy carries them in several lengths. They also sell a connector that joins two cords together, which has been very convenient. The cord clicks securely into its tech port. I find it useful to keep an extra cord on hand at my business.

What can I say? It's just what I needed. I needed 3 of these. 1 for my PS4, 1 for my Blu Ray Player, and 1 for my new HDTV. The length was perfect. Not too long, not to short either. And I love the quality of the cords. As well as a nice secure fit on the devices.

I was out of town on business when I found the hotels WIFI system was weaker than I needed. One quick stop into Best Buy and I found the cable I needed. This as the perfect length and Cat-5e was just what I needed. Gave me the speed that I needed as clear as a bell. Made my trip a success and now this cable is in my travel kit for the next stop.

I needed to get a better internet connection to the corner of our basement where I had set up a small space for my sons gaming computer. Speed matters to him, so a nice long piece of Cat-5 got the job done the best.

Right stuff for the right need!! I used it to improve the performance of my new apple tv...There are two concrete walls wetween the apple tv and the router...this way, there is no loss of wave transmission...and faster speed

Bought a it with the purpose to play multiplayer on my Xbox one since my WiFi isn’t too good. Length is perfect and the speed(Mbps) I gain using this wired cable makes playing Multiplayer more enjoyable.

This cable is great for high speed connection at long lengths. I haven’t experienced any delay with this cable and I have with others. I use it for gaming and it gets the job done well.

This cable was needed so I can hardwire from the living room to my bedroom for work. This cable works wonderfully and the speed of my internet wasn't compromised at all. It's sturdy, I highly recommend this.

My wireless isn't the best even though it promises 100mps. However, when I connect this cord from my router to any device, it hits those speeds. I have a two story home, and this cord goes the distance.

I needed a cat 5 cable for a network hookup at work, I was shown this Insignia cable by a store associate and advised this would work for my problem. It works great and is of good quaility.

If you need a 25 ft cable, then let me just say, this guy is sick. It is actually 25 feet, and it is gray, and both end - both ends - plug into to something else. If you want to go online the old fashioned way (not via wifi) then you should consider getting a 25 ft cable like this bad boy. Don't bother with a 3, 6, 12, or 15 ft cable. Splurge buddy and grab this 25 ft cable. It's a monster, but you can handle it! NOTE - this cable is not for beginners. If you are under the age of 18, you should have an adult present while hooking your stuff up.

I was having issues with the wifi on my 58" Samsung UHD TV and I bought this to bypass the wifi and it worked instantly and I have no problems. The length was perfect as well.

But yes this was necessary for my PS4 to work

I'm really pleased with this product. It's long and durable. I recommend this to anyone who wants the benefits of a physical connection to the internet.
