If I don't feel like searching for awhile to find an app or show I just ask alexa and it pulls right up.

We showed him how to use it once and haven't had a question since. It has only been a month, but seems to work well. However, I am hesitant as we bought the 32" version at the same time and had to exchange it. The second one didn't work well either so ended up returning it. Not sure what the future holds for this t.v.

They were able to do the curbside pickup no problem! They set it up themselves and were watching tv by the end of the day. Great tv for the price!
