Very nice picture. Alexa set up took longer than expected as this TV appeared as Toshiba. Otherwise, it is working well with Alexa. Great price.

Nice TV great size and screen color. I had purchased an open box same model but couldn't get the remote to sink with the TV. I called tech support, but we still were not able to program the remote. Tech support open a ticket and instructed me to return the TV and they would replace it with a new one. I returned the TV and they replaced it with a new at the same price according to the warranty policy. I received great and prompt service with no hassle. This is why I am a Best Buy customer!

This TV has it all. Great audio and visual clarity. Built-in streaming capabilities. And i love the size.

I'm very happy with this purchase. This Amazon stick tv is better than my Roku tv. I am a firestick user so having it built into the tv is amazing.

Got it for bedroom, it fits the purpose. It's our first FireTV, and I admit it's not as intuitive as Roku to start with. But once you get familiar with it, it actually has a lot more feature than Roku. The remote layout is not very ergonomic and take time to get use to. The screen is kind of too bright by default, and need to constantly adjusting the brightness across different inputs. But overall very good TV so far.
