So, bought the TV on July 17, on Aug 3 (2 days past the 15 day return period) all i get is a black screen. Picture was great for the 2 weeks it worked. Now i have to wait 3 days for a technician to come out and try to fix it. I cant return to bestbuy since its past the 15 days and now i am without a TV for the next 3 days. They should just swap it out at the store. I guess lessoned learned. You get what you pay for. Although I do expect it to work for more than 2 weeks or at least exchange it for a new one if it doesn't. I wish companies would stand by their product and do whats right.

Solid TV and easy to use. Not top quality but still a good TV for the money!

This TV has it all. Great audio and visual clarity. Built-in streaming capabilities. And i love the size.

Much better picture than I expected. It also has the best OTA interface that I've encountered. Great set, especially if you have Amazon Prime.

I was iffy at first but I'm glad I got it. It works great with the various apps available. However, I didn't like not being able to have the spectrum app.

For $150 on Black Friday how can you go wrong . We had a 40 inch Samsung but the addition of the smart tv and bigger screen with 4K quality is amazing .

Have had mine for 2 years and haven’t had one problem yet. Easy to navigate, starts up fast and is great for anyone who only ever uses apps to watch tv like me. You can also connect to Alexa or google home which is a huge plus.

Great TV. We are really enjoying it. It was easy to setup and we are still learning it’s features.

My San is really happy with the TV. He is using all amazon fire features. He added Spotify.

FireTV works great, has very clear picture and vibrant colors.

Additional TV for in my living room is working out well. Haven’t quite figured out all of the Alexis and other easy app locations. Great price!

Tv remote stopped working, only power button works, always have issues trying to airplay from my IPad attempting to watch anything. Was happy til this happened a few weeks ago, had it for 10 mo. Also doesn’t light up so it’s hard to see anything when watching in the dark. Poor design n functionality.
