    I can't even really say if this was a good TV or not. It came damaged the display underneath was completely cracked. I was very disappointed with that trying to return it was a complete nightmare.

    I loved this tv. Never really got a chance to watch it.. id say once a week max. I purchased it may 11, 2022. I go to hookup the nintendo switch i bought for my kids today (april 30, 2023) and the tv slowly burnt out as soon as i turned it on. Manufacturer warranty is 1 year and apparently they only make the parts to last for 14 months based on other reviews ive read. My tv was the least used in the house and it burnt out before our living room tv which is constantly playing. Very disappointing.

    Speakers lose sound

    I’ve had this tv for a little over two months, love the tv. BUT, recently the TVs speakers will work perfectly for awhile then out of nowhere just quit working… I’ve tried soft reset, factory reset, resetting audio settings, everything that’s been said online… gonna call in the morning hopeful for a solution. Very frustrating though. Very disappointed.

    HORRIBLE! Lasted 15 months and poof! No picture. Ridiculous. I have Insignia FireTVs in other rooms of the house that are fine…so far. Very, very disappointed.

    Started out great. Picture was good. It was easy to program and navigate but about 15 months the pic started to deteriorate and eventually was unwatchable. My advice, get the warranty

    I bought 3 of these to use as menu’s in our nutrition shop. 2 of the 3 have dark spots on them right out of the box. I bought them for Black Friday and I’m only now getting to set them up. Now they’re “Not Returnable” so I guess I’m stuck with some unequally lit screens.

    Bought this tv in October of 2022 and went to turn it on today 11/30/23 and the screen was white. The remote never worked the buttons always were hard to push.

    Ordered a new TV, Best Buy sent me a previously used(store display?) model with damaged packaging, dusty, obvious marks from previous bracket installation, the TV was damaged and outer trim was cracked. display feet are missing. Have not plugged it in, waiting to hear back from Best Buy returns department... TV is probably good, but not happy at all with Best Buy.

    STOP! DON’T BUY THIS TV! Screen stopped working after 9 months. Spend your hard earned money with a different brand. Cheap items end up being expensive.

    Problems opening apps.

    Having issues with showing app open. Any app, show a beautiful preface but having problems with app when open. I have tried several things, rebooting router, checking to see if I have enough gigs to run the software. Turning off and turning back on. I’m totally lost.

      If you have problem in opening the apps on your television, please perform the following steps below:

      Clear the app cache and data.
      Uninstall and reinstall the app.
      Restart your Fire TV device. Press and hold the Select and Play/Pause buttons at the same time, for 10 seconds.

    bought on 04/19/22. today 21 days past warranty I have vertical lines completely covering the screen. Tried basic troubleshooting, replaced HDMI cable, did a soft reset and cleaned back panel. Nothing. Used an hour every morning and two hours every night as bedroom TV. I am very disappointed as I have owned numerous Insignia TV's that all still work great. I guess I can try to push for the warranty but not high hopes.

    This is the second Fire TV that I have gotten in the last 2 years. Both have died within 14 months, this one only lasted 10 months. Do not waste your money
