The sound quality is poor and irritating. Different shows/commercials increase or decrease the volume so I'm constantly adjusting so I can hear or so I don't wake up my neighbors.

Once a day, I get an error message saying there is not enough storage to either download an app or update an existing app. I've called BB a few times, and they give me a number to Samsung. I've called Samsung and they tell me to call BB. I'm selling this on FB and will buy another brand.
