    I Wouldn't Recommend This TV

    I was happy with this TV at first. It seemed like a good product for the money. But, sure enough, 13 months later, - one month after the warranty ran out - I start getting horizontal and vertical lines across the screenthat appear and disappear. Each time they show up, the video freezes for a second. Since they show up every five to ten seconds, it is a lot. I dod some research online and apparently it is common for a certain board to fail on these TVs and it costs as much as the TV to replace it.

    Tv stopped working after 1.5 years. I would not buy this brand, currently looking for a new tv as I write this.

    Do not buy this TV unless you like giving money to Jeff Bezos. It lasted four months. That's 1 month past it's 90 day warranty. When it did work, you were forced to go through the Amazon screen every time you turned it it on. You cant just set it to HDMI1 and keep it there. Then today, out of nowhere, a snowstorm on my less than six month old tv. Thanks Bezos. Thanks, Best Buy.

    I purchased this TV for the first time in August of 2022. Within a couple of months, I noticed huge bands and lines warping and distorting the imagery on the screen. I used my warranty and exchanged it for the same product. Now, just six months after purchasing that replacement, I am experiencing the same issue yet again. It's clear this is a fundamental flaw of the product and not a one-time strange occurrence. I can see from other reviews that many have experienced the same issue. I will NEVER purchase Insignia again.

    Not even 2 years old, and the bottom half of the TV screen is all white! It's been hanging on the wall since i bought it, never damaged. Now, it's useless! Do not recommend.

    Just hit the 5 month mark and getting pixelated lines across the screen like others have posted about. Suppose to have it serviced this friday. This is my first and last purchase for an Insignia product. Should have known better and gone with TCL. I had an LG which I replaced with this TV and that TV lasted 5 years until the speakers started going bad.

    Horrible. Not only do you have to manually select the input every time you turn on the tv, THE REMOTE IT COMES WITH DRAINS BATTERIES LIKE NO TOMORROW. Bought a new 8 pack energizer and all the batteries went dead within a MONTH

    It was a great tv…for just over a year when one day it was working perfect and the next it just quit working. I checked all the wires and everything was fine, the tv screen itself was fine, I tried everything to reset it and try and fix it and it’s just broke. I’m very disappointed and upset

    Overall function of the television is good. When I go to watch a movie on vudu it always gives me a problem not sure why I sure why but at this point I am considering a complete refund.

    Got the TV in march. Not working in July, unfortunately I can't return it for one that works. I thought I had one year warranty that came with the TV.

    Rip Off (TV Good for 30 Days)

    If you want a TV that works, DO NOT BUY. I purchased this TV on 02/19/2023 from Best Buy. I mounted the TV without issue. TV worked for 30 days. On 03/31/2023, less than 45 days later, picture gave out for no reason (nothing hit the screen). Best Buy refused to help and told me I could not return or exchange. Best Buy customer service representative told me to call the manufacturer and wished me the best of luck.

    It never was the best quality but for the price it was a functional TV. Can’t complain too much but after a year, sometimes the screen had vertical lines and blurry image. That got worse and now I cannot even see the Image… its like its programmed to last until de warranty expires.

    Im so glad I waited to write a review i bought this because my mom is bedbound i wanted to get her a bigger tv she had a 39 n insignia for 3 years its still working passed it on to a friend so I puchased this 50" insigna on Nov.26 2022 May 12 2023 tv just gone no picture just lines and black do not recommend

    Had the TV for just over 3 months and is already going bad. It had been working fine until we just went to turn it on and it started acting slow. Now vertical and horizontal lines occasionally show up as well as intermittent freezing. We also see "clouding" sporadically. Then the tv will function fine for a few seconds before the problems persist.

    The TV made it past the one year mark and broke. The screen will go white and rainbow streaks for a few seconds and then go back to the picture. It happens every three seconds going on and out of the picture. Do not waste your money. The screen has had wave issues where it looks like it is on rolling water randomly. Do not buy.

    Started to have black lines across the whole top the TV after just having it for 17 days. Its a ugly mess trying to get it fixed. Have had already 2 cancelled appointments.
