No Backlight; No Help

Great visuals. Great sound. All of it. So just recently, the backlight went out. I reached out to Best Buy for repair could not do it because there was only a year warranty through them. Then I contacted Insignia, the manufacturer's warranty expires a year after purchase and they could not assist me regardless because they discontinued this model. I only bought it because I thought the brand was good. Don't recommend the brand. Common issue after doing my research on complaints/ youtube channels.
