    This tv has given me problems since the first day. It would still play sound after being turned off. I had to unplug to turn off completely. Now something is wrong with the screen. It either has a apart of the screen that isn't working. Or the whole screen goes out. I haven't had this tv a year yet! A waste of money

    Welp after a year and four months I'm starting to get lines accord my TV that was hidden depending on what I was watching. Horizontal lines across the screen. Definitely stay away from this one

    I purchased this tv for a room that never gets used. We may have used it three times and 1 year later it doesn’t work any more. The screen comes on but it just shows vertical bands. Buyer Beware. Buy LG or Samsung. Insignia is not worth the hastle.

    I've had this tv for a little over a year. It started having lines running through it 2 months ago. The whole screen just went blank and now I can't watch anything. One of the worst Tv brands I've ever used. Who wants a their television to turn into a brick after 15 months?

    Dont buy this tv, crapped out just over a year's use cheap buy after year bestbuy,insignia and amazon won't do anything for you. Right at Christmas time i have to buy another tv spend a liitle more and buy an LG or Samsung

    I bought this TV just over a year ago and the screen is black, but I do have a sound. Wow unbelievable I have been trying to talk with someone at Best Buy but I can't get a return call so here is my review! 1 star for poor product and serves

    Loved this TV until it broke after only 6 months! Do not buy this TV. Bought Aug 12 2022. In middle of a show and lines just start appearing until the whole screen is covered Cannot return so went to a different place and bought a LG. I've had my LG for 10 years. A TV should last longer than 6 months!

    Do not buy this item,after 3 months of barely use ,cause after i bought this item ,i have to travel to another country,when im back and try to turn on the tv it turn all stripe and white,best buy cant do anything with this cause i did not buy a protection plan,it s a trash

    Will review after received undefeated. Was a Christmas gift Opener, noticed screen cracked, No damage to box A little confused. Taking back to exchange tomorrow.

    I went to turn the TV on one morning, and the entire screen was black, except for a small sliver on the top of the screen. Nothing I do will get the screen back but the volume works, so I guess I’ll use the speaker :(

    We bought this tv at the end of February. It is now the end of June and the tv is already broke! Not by our hand! Then my acct site said it’s not returnable! Before the screen went like this it was wonderful! What are we supposed to do now!

    Won’t connect to internet. Tried wireless & wired connection. Brings up loading screen and stays there for hours if left on. Only 5 months old, barely used as den TV. Very disappointed.

    Died after barely any use

    We purchased this TV for the guest bedroom. It gets used very lightly. In less than 3 months of use, the TV now locks up with color distortions. I guess its time to see how good the 1 year limited warranty actually is.

    Best Buy is trash and so is Insignia. TV worked great fpr the past 6.5 months until now, bunch of line and freezing. Before you buy READ THIS!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS, IT IS TRUE THAT TV STARTS FREEZING AND GETS LINES ACROSS THE SCREEN!!!

    T v worked fine for the first year. Now about a year and a half old t v stuck on logo screen will not come all the way on. I would not recommend buying this t v I would never purchase again.

    Bought August 14, 2022 and today December 12, 2022. Didn't work, screen was black and showed up lines then went all white with lines. Wow it's incredible ...4 months and it's now garbage?? :(

    Was great to start but after a couple years the picture gets all wobbly and is hard to watch. Please be aware that even though it’s great at first, it eventually goes bad.
