The tv is nice a little different from the old one it is a upgraded version of the old one. The issue has been the remote control every few days you have to take the batteries out and move them around, at first I thought the batteries i had were no good but they work fine when you change the position. I have been going to see if you could send a new one but have had issues of getting the tie to do it,

i currently own a 43” 1080p tv from insignia that ive had for over 4 years and still going strong and this one is even better! this tv is great all around and easy to setup

For the price of this TV, you will not be getting top of the line features or picture. However, for the price of this TV you get a well executed device with a decent feature set. The colors and picture are really good. I am not seeing any noticeable light bleed at the the edges, which is common for 4K TV's in this price range. Xbox One X looks great in 4K on this TV. The Amazon OS is convenient and easy to use (we already subscribe to Amazon Prime). My only gripe is the lack of HDMI CEC, but you can change a setting so the TV turns on to the last input used.

Great TV and Price. Works perfectly in a commercial operation for viewing of Sports Games. We have 4 of this model up for our guests viewing pleasure.

Bought this for my in laws and insignia being the off brand of Samsung is great! Same quality and ease of use as the Samsung name but with the fire tv makes it better!

clear picture sound very good, brightness very good, easy to hook up, saved money by not having to buy a fire stick, and didn`t cost a arm and leg

Got it on sale and for $140 it was an absolute steal! The picture looks great, the sound is ok but I did have some issues with it. I tried connecting my pc to it but the audio kept cutting out, not sure if it was my pc or the tv’s fault. Also, when using the youtube app, there is a glitch where the tv flashes green for a frame or two every now and then, not super obnoxious but it is noticeable. Other than that its a good tv for gaming and movies

Everything else is fine. the volume gets loud and clear, the picture is fine. but the built in firestick is extremely buggy and sucks so much that I went and bought a roku. I know its not my internet because my ps4 and my other tv with roku run applications like hulu, netflix etc perfectly fine. the firestick is so buggy hulu almost never works and has some sort of error and all the apps give me a problem with buffering/not loading/errors/randomly closign. Ive cleared the cache, reinstalled apps, even completely reset the tv until I realized the built in firestick is the problem. I wouldve just spent the extra money for a roku tv if I knew this

Love this smart tv with the built in Amazon Fire. It was so easy to set up and with apps already available. Just had to sign in. I would definitely recommend this product.

Surprised with the quality of this TV for the price! 4k HDR - great picture, very nice, responsive Fire TV interface. Works very well for streaming, cable, and game consoles. The ARC audio and CEC HDMI control actually works better than some of our much more expensive TVs. Tip - to use 4K sources with the HDMI inputs, you have to enable HDMI 2.0 in the settings for each port (otherwise you’ll only get HD).
