A few things to note: First, in order to save energy, this tv automatically shuts off a few moments after inactivity. I like this feature because I am famous for forgetting to turn off the tv. However, after searching, I still haven’t figured out how to change the length of time before the auto shutoff. For me, it shuts off too quickly. Second thing is after watching for a while, the screen edges will start to dim. If I press a button on the remote, the brightness goes back to normal, but again I can’t find setting to change this. I consider myself pretty techy so I’m thinking the settings for these two things don’t exist and are just default. These are two things I’d like to be able to adjust to fit my preference. Lastly, I do love having Alexa turn my tv on/off, but she’s having a difficult time with opening apps on the tv, which is off since it’s a fire tv (she had no issues with the fire stick).

Purchased this on Black Friday for $150 and couldn’t be happier. It’s a great TV for the price, and the baked in Fire TV app works great. A few things I’ve noticed: I can see the backlights when anything pure black shows up - doesn’t bother me, but it’s worth noting Make sure you’re using a 5Ghz router if you plan on using Bluetooth headphones/speakers - 2.4Ghz can lead to syncing issues with audio/video.

It's a good tv. Easy to customize to your preferences i like it. For the price it is a good buy. I'm a movie buff and with all the apps you can install there's no shortage of movie's to watch.

Wow - Great quality for the low price - My kids got these for Christmas and the 4k picture quality appears to almost be better than the picture on my $7,000 78 inch curved TV - The remote has 4 quick buttons to go directly to their most used apps like Netflix, Disney +, Prime etc. I would highly recommend this TV - 5 stars !

Seems like a good TV but has some weird picture issues initially. Everything was black and white. After powering off and on, seems to have gone away. Hopefully no problems going forward. Other than that seems like a solid TV.

Great tv I’ve owned insignia products in the past and have always had good customer experience prices were awesome and the picture quality was better than other bigger brands that I’ve owned plus a bonus an echo dot came with the purchase I wound up buying 2 of the 50 inch and 1 55 inch as we had lost 3 of our big flatscreen TVs while we were moving from Chicago to Las Vegas

I've purchased this Insignia tv for the second time and it's a nice tv. I have a 55 inch that I bought a few months ago in the summer and just bought a 50 inch a month ago for my bedroom. It has a very beautiful picture along with great sound quality. I'll continue to buy this brand when I need another tv.

The price i paid, this tv is great and nearly flawless. My other 4k tvs upconvert, but this does not. Playing 4k content is great and when playing from Amazon you can tell the quality on the menu bar, as it displays the resolution. I wouldn't pay more than $200 for this though. Insignia is a good brand.
