It's clunky, and far from user friendly. Bought these for a rental unit and I'm going to have to buy Roku's for all of these as I don't want to get constant complaints about how difficult it is to operate the fire TV platform. If the Smart TV functionality doesn't matter to you, I would recommend it, but if it does matter I would say look at LG (Great smart TV platform) or a roku tv

And I mean it in the best possible way. Very clear, crisp picture. Compared to my OLED, it’s not too far behind. The audio can definitely need some upgrading but for the price, it fits the bill.
