Even after letting the TV do its update for the Fire TV portion and navigating the menus to reset the the TV, it was still broken. Pretty quick return process and the new TV has worked well for the past 3 weeks. One disappointing thing I found was that this TV (it is a 2023 model) doesn't let you pair it to an Amazon Echo speaker, like my standalone 4K Firestick allows. Overall, I like the TV, easy menus and sleep timer access.
