The 1 star that should be a zero if I could is for the overall buying experience. Do NOT offer next day delivery if you cannot bank on the company providing the service. In this case, Best Buy makes no mention that they use SHIPD which is a 3rd party service that picks up grocery orders. The fun part is even though there is an expectation presented to the customer that they'll have their purchase the next day, the person that goes to Best Buy to get the order can choose to not follow though with the delivery and for any reason. It's all up to the driver and their mood or their appetite to earn money on that delivery and it has nothing to do with what you were told about getting your order on time. It's a complete farse that a company like Best Buy has resorted to using this unreliable service. It took THREE drivers to get my product and two calls to SHIPD totaling nearly an hour on the phone to get someone to understand to get it delivered the next day. Keep in mind, I also never got notification of these issues so hanging around the house for two days hoping to get an order is not okay. Had this delivery service been made known up front I would have not bought it directly from Best Buy and instead would have bought it via Amazon that is sold by Best Buy and had them ship it for reliability and tracking purposes alone.
