Didn't know Best Buy used 3rd party shipping and delivery. Thought my TV was stolen at first but something happened on the way. Customer Service is non existent. The TV came spotless tho but I'll definitely go to the store next time.

The sales rep was very friendly and extremely helpful. I have been to the store several times and it is always clean and the people professional. I enjoy my new television set.
