    I was happy with my purchase. The smart tv was exactly what I was looking for. However, finding an assistant to help us was extremely difficult. Once I looked all over the store, I found 3 standing in a group talking. Once we selected the TV, it was put on a cart. We had to roll it over to the cashier, make the payment, and roll it out and loaded it in the car without help.

    It's a basic TV that will get the job done, but not do anything more. Also, many your favorite apps cannot be loaded to it...don't believe all the Q&A. Since adding a Roku stick and sound bar...things are better. Since this is a basic TV I keep outside to watch football... it's fine.
