Currently having major picture issues and the tv hasn’t moved from their room. It’s disappointing and hopefully can be fixed

Also, many your favorite apps cannot be loaded to it...don't believe all the Q&A. Since adding a Roku stick and sound bar...things are better. Since this is a basic TV I keep outside to watch football... it's fine.

The smart tv was exactly what I was looking for. However, finding an assistant to help us was extremely difficult. Once I looked all over the store, I found 3 standing in a group talking. Once we selected the TV, it was put on a cart. We had to roll it over to the cashier, make the payment, and roll it out and loaded it in the car without help.
