    Don't really know what the difference that 4K makes but it was a good replacement for my TV that simply gave it up.

    I bought it for my mom, she needed an upgrade. Her previous set up was three controllers to use. Now it just takes one.

    This is a great TV without the hefty price tag. Lovely screen quality and overall smooth performance. I previously purchased at 42" in this brand and was equally satisfied. You won't regret this purchase.

    Remote was missing although it must be in the box. I had to buy a new remote. It was open box product.

    I love that the volume indicator is at the top of the screen so it doesn't cover the closed captioning and... the streaming apps work better than our previous TV plus the Fire TV stick.

    Ok for the price I paid…

    Upon receiving the TV via shipping from TX to TN, It came with part of the box torn open and missing one of the stands. I contacted Best Buy and they gave me a partial refund of $25 and told me to go to the local store and they would order and send me a replacement for the missing piece. I purchase it on sale so was appreciative of the partial refund. Upon a setting the tv up, I noticed about 2-3 pixels out in the bottom right portion of the screen. I was a little perturbed since this was the second thing to be wing with the tv however it is a bedroom tv and having gotten it on sale and a $25 partial refund, I was just too tired to do anything else about it. The dead pixels are not noticeable from the bed so decided to just keep it.

    Not a bad tv for the price however I do notice some lag in the picture. I will say it is pretty cool that it's hooked up with Amazon fire TV because I don't have to hook up my old Amazon fire stick it's automatically there.

    I am really satisfied with my television. It takes up more room then I thought. That is okay. I wasn't hip to Insignia, brand But where I am employed at they have 40 r 43 very nic2
