The problem started with color lines across the screen and has gradually gotten worse and the whole bottom half of the screen is yellow and white. Terrible, waste of money. Do not recommend. See attached picture.

The main issue is pre-installed Amazon content and software. There are many things I would like to remove, but cannot. The only option is to “hide” the Amazon apps. I guess this is the trade off for having a cheap smart television.

Almost gave my kids my TV for this one!!

The insurance was cheap and covered way too much!! Best buy is definitely this TV!!
