I hat to call the geek squad and i was told lots of those tvs are not working. No wonder the price. Thankfully ans the onlyreason i give it 4 stars is they send a different brand one with the same price range

It doesn't lay out the frequently used apps in a convenient way and puts more focus on showing you ads for Amazon shows. It took a little work getting the colors into a better range as well.
