Missing Remote – Had to Return It

The TV itself looked promising in terms of specs and price, but when I opened the box, there was no remote included. Since it’s a Fire TV, the remote is essential for setup and use—so I had no choice but to return it. It was a frustrating inconvenience and not what I expected from a new purchase. Disappointed with the experience overall.
