They go every year almost to the exact date of purchase!! Instead of sending someone to look at it, the company gives us a code to bring to the local store and get a new one.

Good warranty - and it needs it!

This one is a warranty replacement. I gave four stars for the function and took one away for the lack of durability. The motherboard failed after 11months.
