I’ve been using it everyday since I purchased and love it. Sometimes it randomly disconnects from the Wi-Fi but thinks it’s more of a CenturyLink issue than an issue with the TV

It took over a day to notice that the TV was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and went home. I did not realize that an open box does not give anything. There is No remote, power cable, stand, or even instruction. This is my 1st time with Insignia, and I don't think I will ever buy another one. And unlike, I will not order anything from Best Buy again either. After complaining to Best Buy, they said they would refund my money, but I do not see that anywhere on the credit card or order details. It's almost like customer service lied to get me off the phone. Very disappointed.
