    Unfortunately, my experience with this TV wasn’t great. The TV itself looked promising in terms of specs and price, but when I opened the box, there was no remote included. Since it’s a Fire TV, the remote is essential for setup and use—so I had no choice but to return it. It was a frustrating inconvenience and not what I expected from a new purchase. Disappointed with the experience overall.

    So far so good. I did see one of my neighbors throw out one of these exact television. when i asked why, they said the screen went dead after 1 yr. I got my fingers crossed.

    Very pleased overall. Insignia is a good brand and BB stands behind the warranty. This is my 5th Insignia. The one zi bought in 2007 still going strong!!!
