I cannot stand having preset buttons for apps that I do not use. I do not want disney or netflix or amazon prime video. The worst part is that if you even touch the controller wrong, it opens up an app and cuts into the show that you're watching. Also, the apps on this television are very unstable. A lot of times when scrolling through a guide, it will cut out after a few seconds and send you right back to the channel you were on.
