    TV broke after a month of ownership because they give you a refurbished instead of a new one when you use your insurance. And when you do that, they don’t give you an option to add new insurance. A consistent black screen that won’t fix even after factory reset and the screen isn’t fully attached either. Make sure to call them if any of these similar problems happen to you.

    Very light usage. First had a dead line of pixels in four days. Returned for another that broke three months later. Best Buy says they will fix the TV for 1.75 times of the original purchase price. Reporting to BBB. Scam.

    It’s a pretty basic TV. I believe it was worth it for the price at the time. It does do this weird wavy thing intermittently on the screen while watching it. I thought a fire tv would be better but I actually prefer Roku.

    Junk and a hassle to deal with

    I am so disappointed with the TV and the hassle I must now go through. I have had it less than three months and it’s showing vertical lines on the screen. I called customer support and after waiting 13 minutes to connect to someone, I was told that I need to drive to the local store and either take the TV myself, or tell them in person that I need this picked up and replaced. Why in the world do I have to drive somewhere? Isn’t this why we have phones? Complete hassle.

    The tv blewout for no reason today july 2 2025 myson and daughter along with my wife and myself loved our tv in our room kids have theres and i have my 70" but ours just blew out for no reason so 1 star now i dont know about my kids 50" and my 70"

    It's been a very nice TV for my bedroom wall - for almost 15 months to the day. I suddenly get vertical streaks that are clearly a display problem, not software or firmware. And yes, I didn't get the extended warranty, so I'm eating the $370.

    Bought this 2 months ago and has a terrible white line that appears on screen especially if using closed caption. My order says too late to exchange but did take the extended warranty so will see what I can do with that.

    First fire tv I have owned and it will definitely be the last. I tried a budget 4k, reviews weren't horrible price was great. Have to allow amazon tracking to have more than a handfull of active apps. Picture isnt bad. But Im having to reset the tv every other night. Just not worth it.

    This tv is trash. Apps are so slow. Just all around trash. Can’t even open the apps at all at times. The android of TVs. Trying to open Disney + and the screen keeps displaying update. App already updated. Can’t get past new version available update screen. Pure TRASH.

    Pixels burned out 32days after using maybe 20hrs total. Horizontal and vertical lines were terrible. See pic. Best buy honoured warranty and i got replacement within 4wks.

    Received the tv broken and best buy has horrible customer service first they say im getting a new tv and than thry say no after a week of fighting with them i got a refund i will be getting another tv but not from them

    Well I wanted to love it but of course mine is defective and didn’t see it until after I had somebody come over and mount it on the wall for me. Weird shadow appears anytime it’s a darker or black screen.
