    Loved it until at 2years4months the picture went out ! Now,doing some online research, have discovered that this is common with Insignia TVs . Why are you selling such crappy TVs ?!

    Bought tv spring of 2024. Within 2 months, began experiencing tv cutting off on it's on, sound not working either from the tv or not connecting to sound bar. I got the biggest runaround last spring when i tried to get something done. Currently, i have unplug my tv at bedtime and hope it comes on and stay on. This past Wednesday, it starting turning on it's on, no sound and can't connect to soundbar. Had to unplug for hours twice that day. It would run for an hour so then it would acting up again. Called Abilene best buy and was connect to geek squad. Was told that Abilene couldn't fix it and that i would get call within 48 hrs. No one called. Than was told to call home repair and was told that no appointment was open thru April. Called Abilene back and finally got ahold of a nice young lady who told that i could simply bring it back in and exchange it. If i wanted something different i could pay the difference. Apparently, only a few people know what is going on with extended warranty.

    This tv is ok, but not great. I'm disappointed in the picture quality. Seems a bit blurry and not quite as crisp and my Sony looked and that tv was 6 years old and not 4k. Maybe it's just settings, but I am just not impressed at all. If it wasn't such a pain I'd take it back.

    good size but glare and fingerprints are much more noticeable than the older models.

    Avoid Insignia – Poor Quality and No Support I would strongly advise against purchasing any Insignia products. Their devices seem to be designed to fail right around the one-year mark—conveniently just as their limited warranty expires. When my product broke down shortly after the warranty ended, I was left with no support from the company. Even worse, I had purchased an extended two-year warranty, thinking it would provide additional protection. Turns out, that was a waste of money too. Insignia still refused to cover the repair and instead tried to charge me just to have someone come out and look at the issue. This company does not stand behind its products, and their customer service is useless when you actually need them. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a more reputable brand. Stay away from Insignia!
