As we set up the TV set the first thing we noticed was that reception for our Verizon cable credentialing was rated (by the TV's manufacturer) as going to be less than good--just fair--and, I repeat, that was from the TV manufacturer, not our assessment. And just "fair" reception is what the picture looks like. I had expected and wanted a sharp, clear picture--not with this Insignia TV on my cable hook-up. Even the set-up was complicated--I had to phone (and waste three hours in so doing) the TV manufacturer's partner which insisted on my Mastercard credit card in order to finish the TV's set-up even before I could watch anything on the TV. Suffice it to say, I do NOT like anything about this TV! It's a good thing I have a Protection Plan; i don't see this TV lasting very long.

Got it set up okay, but now I’m having issues and my Fire tv won’t connect all of a sudden. Sometimes I’ll be streaming a movie and it will just start buffering. Thinking about returning it. Very frustrating. Every other device connects just fine.
