Slow, gets stuck on apps

So slow.
We havent even had this a year and I wouldnt waste the money.
Slow to turn on and navigate. It might as well be an ild tube tv.
It gets stuck on aome apps, so even after you go home, the app continues to play. You literally have to turn off the tv, and then sometimes its still stuck when it comes back on.
Cant find any way to contact manufact3on Best Buy website...

Love the size. Set it up only to realize the remote was missing, and now cant get past the language screen. Its been weeks and I can not use my Tv
